ShopStock Terms of Service

Overview

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you install the App via the Shopify App Store, you also agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and any applicable policies.

Use of the App

• You must have an active Shopify store and authority to install apps.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the App or Shopify’s services.

Fees & billing

If applicable, fees are billed through Shopify’s billing system. You may uninstall at any time to cancel future charges. Past charges are non‑refundable unless required by law.

For support, contact support@getshopstock.com. We aim to respond promptly and resolve issues in good faith.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
