ShopStock Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ShopStock (the “App”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store. We process personal information in accordance with Shopify’s requirements and applicable privacy laws.

• Shop information (shop domain, access scopes, access tokens) necessary to operate the App.
• Product, variant, and inventory data to enable barcode generation and incoming inventory workflows.
• Basic usage events to troubleshoot issues and improve performance (non-sensitive).

How we use your information

• To provide core App functionality (template management, label rendering, inventory receiving).
• To support you, respond to inquiries, and improve the App’s performance and reliability.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers used to operate the App (e.g., hosting and infrastructure), strictly for the purposes described above, and only as permitted by Shopify’s policies and applicable law.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described here. Session and cache data are periodically pruned. You may uninstall the App at any time to revoke access.
